Teach All The Nations

And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. Matthew 28:17

Even after all Jesus had showed and done for the disciples, some still doubted. Jesus performed miracles before there eyes, including raising Lazarus from the dead. Jesus died for our sins and rose from the grave after 3 days, but yet they still doubted. What is it going to take for some to believe?

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Matthew 28:18

Just as Jesus prophesied, he will be sitting at the right hand of God, all power has been given to our Lord Jesus Christ. The King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Demons tremble at the sound of his name, once you understand this, you understand the Prince of Peace

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Matthew 28:19

Before Jesus ascended he commanded us to teach all the nations. With the technology age we live in with Social Media, ect there is no excuse why we cant fulfill this commandment. If every Christian would flood the Internet with the Word of God, we would see a revival

teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:20

Take comfort in know Jesus said he will be with us always, even during the last days. Turn on the news and its hard to imagine society could degrade any further, I believe these are the last days and Jesus is with us. Keep your lamps lit and get ready because the King is coming again soon in Jesus Name Amen

Preaching of The Cross

For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:18

Why do I continually preach the gospel because Jesus is the only way to eternal life, there is no other way. Anyone who rejects Christ will perish, plain and simple. Why? Because Jesus is the only one worthy of taking your sins as a atoning sacrifice. Nobody else is worthy to open the book of Life, nobody else has the keys to Heaven and Hell, nobody else was able to be crucified and raised from the dead.

For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. 1 Corinthians 1:19

People want to disclaim a virgin birth is not possible, they don’t understand how Christ could have been risen from the dead, our God is an awesome God, the make of the Heavens and The Earth, his ways are higher than our ways, humble yourself before The Lord because he resists the proud

Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 1 Corinthians 1:20

Man believes they know everything, they convince themselves we randomly were created and grew from monkeys, get over yourselves. The more man talks the more foolish we sound, know you are a Child of The Living God, who breathed a soul into your flesh and bone.

For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. 1 Corinthians 1:21

Anyone who calls upon the Lord, shall be saved. By the blood of Jesus he has made a new covenant and made all things new! Jesus is the power of the living God, Word became Flesh in Jesus Name AMen

Easter Sunday- He is Risen

He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. Luke 24:6-7

Jesus told his disciples he would rise after 3 days and he did! What a glorious day Jesus has conquered the grave! The important question is do you believe? Do you believe in your heart and soul Jesus has overcome the world? As Paul said without the resurrection there is no Christianity, we worship a God of the living and not the dead

And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. Matthew 28:9-10

Even though Jesus was standing in front of his disciples they didn’t even recognize him, why? Because he in no longer the Son of Man but the Son of God. His body has been resurrected and perfected. Jesus is the King of Kings and will sit on the throne forever. Gods kingdom shall have no end

Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. John 20:6-7

Jesus left Peter an important sign in the tomb, the napkin used on his head was folded. This is a Jewish custom, when you leave the dinner table but are coming back, you fold your napkin to let everyone know. Jesus gave us a sign, He is coming back.

The king is coming again, just like when he rode thru Jerusalem, he will descend from Heaven and every eye shall see him The Day of The Lord is coming soon in Jesus Name Amen

Good Friday

And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Mark 15:34

We have to remember Jesus was fully human during this crucifixion, so he endured immense pain and suffering for all of us. He tasted death so we don’t have to. So with this statement by Jesus, it should help us understand the sacrifice he truly endured for all of us

And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. Luke 23:45

The veil was torn, the new covenant is now established by the blood of Jesus Christ. We are now Children of God by the grace of Jesus. No longer are we separated from God because of sin, we are now in his presence because we have been redeemed by the blood of Christ.

And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. Luke 23:46

Notice Jesus said a few things before he passed away, his first statement we can see is preparing for his resurrection. As God will raise Jesus from the dead after 3 days and he will reign forever. Jesus became the Son of Man so he could save all of Mankind, now he will reign forever as the King of Kings

When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost. John 19:30

The second statement “It Is Finshed” meaning Jesus has established the new covenant with God. Jesus has defeated death, he has defeated sin, and most importantly he has defeated Satan forever. We are no longer slaves to sin but we are now Children of God because IT IS FINISHED, worthy is The Lamb of God in Jesus Name Amen

Whom Seek Ye?

Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye? John 18:4

Jesus knew the time had come, the time for him to fulfill Gods will and take on the debt of sin for all mankind. Jesus wants to know Whom see ye? Or Who seeks me? Are you seeking Jesus to be your Lord and Savior? Or are you seeking to kill Jesus just like the world thought they had done?

They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am he. And Judas also, which betrayed him, stood with them.  As soon then as he had said unto them, I am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground. John 18:5-6

Notice as soon as Jesus identified himself as I AM, they all fell to the ground, why? Because they knew in there hearts he is The Great I AM, the Son of the Living God, however Jesus gave himself up as a ransom for the world

Then asked he them again, Whom seek ye? And they said, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus answered, I have told you that I am he: if therefore ye seek me, let these go their way: That the saying might be fulfilled, which he spake, Of them which thou gavest me have I lost none. John 18:7-9

Jesus knew he was the only one, the only one worthy to be called the Lamb of God, that had to be sacrificed to save us all from sin and death. Jesus did his part, now are you seeking him? Do you really know Jesus Christ? Is he your personal Lord and Savior? Whom Seek Ye in Jesus Name Amen

Man of Sorrows

For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him Isaiah 53:2

Jesus, the Son of God, sent to Earth born of a virgin, born to be the Son of Man just like us. A carpenter’s son that nobody ever looked at twice, a faithful servant for all mankind.

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Isaiah 53:3

Even though he was the Messiah everyone had waited for, they rejected him because they didn’t want to repent from their sins. Man loved their religion more than they loved God, therefor they decided to murder his only begotten Son who was sent to be there Savior.

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. Isaiah 53:4

Even though Jesus was sinless and holy, he took the suffering for our sins. He took the punishment for our transgressions, and everyone blamed his suffering on himself, but he is The Lamb of God, worthy to be praised.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5

Every mark, every drop of blood was for you, because of his ultimate sacrifice by His stripes we are healed, we are redeemed, all our chains are broken in Jesus Name Amen

Gods Will Be Done

Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. Luke 22:42

Obedience, Love, and Sacrifice describe what Jesus was about to do for all of us. Jesus knew the torture and pain he was about to endure, however he was willing to do the will of God and save the world from our sins. Don’t ever take what Jesus did for us lightly , the suffering he endured for us all could never be repaid.

And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. Luke 22:43

God sent an angel down to comfort Jesus in his time of need, even the Son of God who was fully man at the time, needs comfort and encouragement sometimes. Remember that as an example to be comforting and encouraging to your fellow brothers and sisters.

And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. Luke 22:44

Jesus was in such distress he was sweating blood, imagine him already knowing every agonizing detail of his execution. However he did it anyone, because he is the only one who is worthy to save the world. Nobody else could have taken his place on the cross and saved us for our sins because he is The Lamb of God

And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow, Luke 22:45

Jesus was exhausted and so were his disciples but he knew the time had come. The time had come for the Lamb of God to be slain and shed his blood to save the world. So Jesus encouraged his disciples to remain strong because the next course of events are about to change the world in Jesus Name Amen

The Lords Supper

And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer: Luke 22:14-15

Notice before Jesus was about to be crucified he expressed the importance of communion, in remembrance of what he was about to do for us all. And notice it says” Jesus has a desire to eat this Passover with us”. Jesus paid the ultimate price for us all because he has a desire to be our Savior and grant us eternal life.

And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.Luke 22:17-18

When you drink the wine or grape juice at communion, remember this represents the blood of Christ. The blood he shed on the cross for all of us, the same blood that redeems us all and makes us new. The blood that has overcome hell and the grave and defeated Satan forever

And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. Luke 22:19

Notice the bread he broke it for all of us, just the same his body was broken and sacrificed for us all so that we may all be redeemed. Jesus paid it all for us, Glory to the Lamb of God

Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you. Luke 22:20

The bloodshed by Christ created the New Covenant that has brought us closer to God more than ever. Jesus has made us white as snow and we can now be filled with the Holy Spirit, to have a personal relationship with our Heavenly Father in Jesus Name Amen

Palm Sunday

When he came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen:”Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” Luke 19:37-38

Palm Sunday we rejoice and celebrate the day our King was introduced to the world. People laying down palm braches and swinging them in the air yelling “Hossana Glory to God in the Highest”

The palm branch in Jewish culture was symbolic for royalty or highest respect. What the people were confirming was Jesus is our King of Kings, the Messiah promised by God almighty!

Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples Luke 19:39

So many people recognized this and worshiped Jesus that the Pharisees wanted them to stop, they wanted Jesus to shut them up. But Jesus knew that it wasn’t even his will but Gods will be fulfilled, that Jesus would sit at the right hand of God and be granted all authority over the Heavens and Earth

“I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.” As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it Luke 19:40-41

Jesus knew the tribulation that the Jews and Christians were about to endure, even to this day. So Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem that day even though it was a glorious day. But Jesus revealed there will be a new Jerusalem for those who believe coming soon in Jesus Name, Hosanna Glory to God in the Highest Amen

Scriptures Fulfilled

And they bring him unto the place Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, The place of a skull. Mark 15:22

Golgotha (Aramaic), which is the hill that Jesus was crucified on, is also referenced as Calvary (Latin) in the book of Luke. The hill was called this because the hill itself looked like a skull, which is where the word Gogotha originated in Aramaic.

Jesus after beaten was forced to carry his own cross all the way to Golgotha, which is believe to be about a mile. The journey was so brutal, they forced a spectator named Simon to help Jesus make it all the way.

And they gave him to drink wine mingled with myrrh: but he received it not. And when they had crucified him, they parted his garments, casting lots upon them, what every man should take. Mark 15:23-24

Both of these events actually fulfilled more Biblical prophecies:

Psalm 69:21 They put gall in my food and gave me vinegar for my thirst.

Psalm 22:18 They divide my clothes among them and cast lots for my garment.

And with him they crucify two thieves; the one on his right hand, and the other on his left. And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, And he was numbered with the transgressors Mark 15:27-28

Isaiah 53:12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

And they that passed by railed on him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ah, thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, Save thyself, and come down from the cross. Mark 15:29-30

Psalm 22:7 All who see me mock me; they hurl insults, shaking their heads

Psalm 109:25 I am an object of scorn to my accusers; when they see me, they shake their heads.
