The recent events that happened at the Cincinnati Zoo involving a gorilla and a 4-year-old boy has been disturbing. The fact that some people would even hesitate to save a child’s life in favor of animal baffles me. When did we start to value animals over humans? The fact that so many people showed little regard for a child’s life is evidence Satans plan is working.

And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Romans 1:23

God has created us in his image to rule over all the animals upon the Earth. Yet we now adopt animals, dress them in clothes, and call them fur babies. God never designed animals to be our family. Society has gone to great lengths to even worship animals and put them on a pedestal

We treat abortion like a common surgery, since Roe vs Wade has passed theres been an estimated 60 million children killed in America. What does this have to do with the gorilla at the zoo? Simple the value and sacredness of children is gone in America. Society treats them like a disposable problem

Could it be the teachings of Evolution have even lowered our sacredness of humanity also? Public schools and colleges teaching our children that we are relatives to monkeys, takes away the purpose God has designed us for. Desensitizing children to believing that our equal to animals is Satanic.

Many will mock this post and possibly even hate me for it, but God is speaking to me. Wake up every one! God created you in his image not evolved from a monkey. Let us remember to love one another and cherish the blessings of children in Jesus Name Amen

I’ve been trying to find a way to blog about this issue, but haven’t been able to find the right words or Scripture to fit. Thank-you for posting this. I don’t know if I believe “Desensitizing children to believing that our equal to animals is Satanic” but I do agree that man has dominion (and rights) over animals. I am a HUGE animal lover- I cried when I hit a squirrel with my car, I can’t go to zoos because it pangs me seeing them not in their natural habitat, I throw all my fish back, and I turn to mush with everything from a dog to an otter. But, we cannot forget that human life and the soul must come first. I know people were hurt by such an amazing creature being killed for truly an innocent reason, and many lashed out because of that pain. Animals are amazing creatures, and to a lot of people they seem helpless and need our help… and in captivity, they are submissive to the bars and guns of the ones who hold them there… I am all for animals having the best life they can have! However, people come first. This is the way God made it to be. Sometimes I see unnatural affection for animals (like spoken Scripture). So I see where you are going with this, and am happy to see it posted. I’ve seen extreme Christian posts and extreme worldly posts. This was simple and refreshing to read. On a side note- I hope this incident makes people be a little more cautious and vigilant of their children in these surroundings.
