For Jesus had commanded the impure spirit to come out of the man. Many times it had seized him, and though he was chained hand and foot and kept under guard, he had broken his chains and had been driven by the demon into solitary places.  Luke 8:29

Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” “Legion,” he replied, because many demons had gone into him. Luke 8:30

And they begged Jesus repeatedly not to order them to go into the Abyss. Luke 8:31

Jesus has the power and the authority of God because he is his only begotten son. Even demons know this and tremble at his very name. Notice these demons beg Jesus not to thru them into hell, why would they say this?

Trust in Jesus

You put your faith and hope in a mortal man or woman

Which one is more corrupted? Only God knows

But you still worship them even though their sins have been revealed

You wonder why the system fails, when the system is lead by failures

There is only one, who we can confidently put our faith and hopes in

He lived without sin, and yet died for the ransoms of our sins

All the kingdoms and nations rest on his shoulders, the King of Kings

Who do you put your trust in? I trust in The Lord Jesus Christ

Perpetual Messiah

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13:8

Do you believe The Bible is outdated? Do you think God could never understand us today? Well we must remember that God does not change (Malachi 3:6) Our Lord Jesus is the same Messiah who laid down his life for us on the cross.(John 15:13) The same Jesus who now sits on the throne with all power and authority that has been given to him by God Almighty.(Matthew 28:18)

The same sin that separated Adam and Eve from God in the beginning (Genesis 3) is the same sin that separates us today. The wages for our sins is still the same death (Romans 6:23) but Christ has paid the ransom for our sins.(Matthew 20:28) This grace from God will not change either. Once you’re covered by the blood of the Lamb of God,(John 1:29) you are redeemed forever

The same Jesus, who is King of Kings,(Revelation 19:16) will return again to reestablish Gods Kingdom forever. This outcome will not change. Satan will be defeated and thrown in the Lake of Fire,(Revelation 20:10) because he was defeated at the cross. All sin and death has been overcome by our Lord and Savior Jesus, (John 16:33)this will not change. Jesus will not change, he will reign victorious forever Amen

Bread of Life

Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. John 6:35

Why do we need Jesus? Can we live by bread alone? No Jesus told us we can’t live by bread alone (Matthew 4:4) Why? Because the things of this world are temporary but the kingdom of God is eternal, do you want eternity? We worship the God of the living and not the dead (Matthew 22:32), so why keep living like a dead man walking?

Why worry about tomorrow or about what you will eat or drink? (Matthew 6:24) God already knows all your needs and will provide them (Philippians 4:19), he is Jehovah-Jireh our God and provider (Genesis 22:14). What can man do to us, if God has already saved your soul? Don’t fear anyone who can kill the body, fear the one who can kill the body and soul into hell (Matthew 10:28)

For God has already provided all our needs through Jesus Christ, the Bread of Life, The Living Water, those who hunger and thirst for righteousness will never hunger or thirst again. He sustains all our spiritual needs, for the grass whither and the flower will fade but the Word of God will live forever. (Isaiah 40:8) The Word became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14) to save our eternal souls, The Bread of Life, who has broken and given to us all to pay for the ransom of our sins in Jesus Name Amen

Fight The Good Fight

Fight the good fight of the faith 1 Timothy 6:12

The Road to eternal life is a narrow gate, many will try but few will find it (Matthew 7:14) Why? Because the good fight of faith is a long tireless battle. We will grow tired and weary but the Lord Jesus Christ is our rest (Matthew 11:28), he will renew our strength and allow us to soar like the wings of an eagle above all adversity.(Isaiah 40:31)

Love your enemy and bless those who persecute you (Matthew 5:44) How can we press on from this burden? How do we turn the other cheek when were stricken? (Matthew 5:39) All our hope is in our Lord Jesus Christ, who through him we can have eternal life. There is no other hope in this world. Turn to the one who has already overcome the world (John 16:33)

So fight the good fight of faith, but not a physical battle but a spiritual warfare. For our battle is not against the flesh but against evil (Ephesians 6:12) Press on toward the prize which is our higher calling of eternal life (Philippians 3:14) our kingdom is not of this world (John 18:36) , but of Gods Kingdom which will reign for all eternity in Jesus Name Amen

Brotherly Love

Let brotherly love continue. Hebrews 13:1

Today, October 10th, we celebrate Evans 3rd birthday. Not only has Evan been a blessing to us, but he’s been a big blessing to his brother Tanner.  I can recall hearing Evan say many times to Tanner they are best friends. Even though they have their sibling fights, they have a deeper love for each other called “Brotherly Love”

As a Father, it gives me great joy and peace of mind, knowing that these brothers will have each other for their whole life. And they have a “pure” love for one another. Not a love that is based on money or gain, but a love that is based on their heart and soul. A love that will never fail and not change.

Evan is a blessing to us also, he completes our family. As we look back on another year, it’s amazing to see him growing into a young boy, full of wonderment and love. It’s also gratifying to watch his bond with his brother Tanner grows year after year. The covenant that was made to be eternal, the covenant of brotherly love in Jesus Name Amen

And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you. Romans 8:11

The Power of God that raised Jesus Christ from the dead, can also be living in you by the Holy Spirit.   How do you view yourself? Defeated or Victorious? Weak or Strong? Cursed or Blessed? What if I told you God wants to fill you also  with this powerful life force?

Satan wants you to live in fear, but fear doesn’t exist when the Spirit of God lives in you. For this same spirit healed the sick, cast out demons, and our greatest victory raised Jesus Christ from the dead

Stay Alert!

Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 1 Peter 5:8

Do you wonder why bad things always seem to happen to you? Does it seem like the same addictions and diseases keep coming back for you? This is no coincidence, see Satan is looking to devour you. We are in a spiritual warfare, our struggle is not against the flesh but against the evil forces of this world (Ephesians 6) those evil forces are Satan and his demons looking to destroy you

You might say I don’t believe in that spiritual stuff, well Jesus spent most of his ministry casting out demons (Matthew 4, Luke 11, Matthew 8, Mark1, Luke 4) If you deny the existence of Satan and demons, then your denying the Word of God and Jesus ministry.

Jesus said The Thief (Satan) comes to steal, kill, and destroy. But Jesus came to give us life ( John 10:10) How does Satan accomplish his goal? Simple he sets up traps and snares that lead us off our path of righteousness. You give in the the temporary temptations of the flesh but lose your eternal soul. What does it profit to gain the whole world and lose your mortal soul ( Matthew 16:26)

So what can we do, be strong in The Lord, put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6) Resist the devil and he will flee from you (James 4:7) use your Weapons of Warfare (2 Corinthians 10:4) in Jesus Name Amen

The Cure

Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” Acts 3:6

Are you tired of being a beggar? Are you tired of hoping money is going to solve all your problems? Peter came across a man who spent his days begging for money because he couldn’t walk, Peter didn’t give him the temporary solution of money he gave him the permanent cure of Jesus Christ

Today we feel captive by the world, hoping we get our next dollar to get by. But take heart because Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33), sickness and death have been defeated at the cross. (2 Timothy 2:10)  We must learn that God is our provider not man (Philippians 4:19) He is the Bread of Life (John 6:35) and will supply you with daily manna to sustain you

Through Christ we are no longer beggars but royalty. We are children of God (Romans 8:15) and we worship the King of Kings and Lord of Lords (Revelation 19:16) Before you were born God knew you and set you apart (Jeremiah 1:5) So stop begging and start praising your Heavenly Father and our Messiah Jesus, through amazing grace the chains are gone. The Son shall set you free, and you are free indeed (John 8:29) in Jesus Name Amen

Our House

But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15

Who does your household worship? What beliefs or values does your family live by? Today’s world is total chaos; we live in a society where anything goes. And with the “political correctness” of today our faith and beliefs are being challenged and censored daily. However what we can control is our own homes, we need to be the spiritual leaders our children need, teach them so they will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6)

We must remember that Jesus is the cornerstone (Acts 4:11) and we must build our house on The Rock (Matthew 7:24)and not by the world . Don’t conform to the ways of the world (Romans 12:2)but live by the ways of God. The righteous have an everlasting foundation (Proverbs 10:25) that foundation is Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 3:11)

When we don’t build our house on God, we allow our homes to be invaded with the evils and snares of this world. Remember God is our fortress and shield, (Psalm 18:2) blesses your family by serving The Lord. Don’t allow your family to become more victims of this world and torn apart by its ways. Build your house on The Rock of salvation in Jesus Name Amen
