Now Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let’s go out to the field.” While they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him. Genesis 4:8

Jealousy and resentment had driven Cain to commit the first murder on Earth, what happened? Cain and Abel should have lived as best friends, true brothers but instead Cain allowed the Sins of Satan to creep into his head and control him.

See all Sin begins with a thought, and when we allow these thoughts to manifest into fantasies eventually they grow into action. This is what happened to Cain, he was overcome by Satan. This is why we need to fix our minds and eyes on The Lord, to keep our hearts clean

Then the LORD said to Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?” “I don’t know,” he replied. “Am I my brother’s keeper? The LORD said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground. Genesis 4:9-10

Not only did Cain commit murder but then he tried to cover up his sin and lie to God. Its one thing to fall short and sin but its another thing to never confess your sins and cover them. We must confess our sins before The Lord so we can be forgiven. Do you really think God doesn’t know what we have done? God knows your thoughts, he reads our hearts, don’t condemn yourself like Cain

Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth.” Cain said to the LORD, “My punishment is more than I can bear. Genesis 4:11-13

There is no peace without God, Cain would spend the rest of his life in torment as a restless wanderer. Why? Because he rejected God and submitted to Satan. There is only one Prince of Peace and his name is Jesus Christ, don’t be a restless wanderer, come home like the Prodigal Son in Jesus Name Amen

Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. James 4:14

We live in a fast paced world that just keeps looking for tomorrow but never lives for this day. You say well tomorrow I’ll have more money then I’ll be happy, or you say tomorrow I’ll have a better job or bigger house, then I’ll be happy. Meanwhile your life has passed you by, you missed out on all the blessings God has giving you right now

Remember This is The Day The Lord Has Made, I will be glad and Rejoice In It, not tomorrow or next week, or next month, right now. Nothing in life is guaranteed, stop squandering your time on things that may never come to pass

Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.” James 4:15

Let thy Will Be Done, as we say in the Lords Prayer. If you really mean that, then live it. Stop trying to take total control of life, because you are not in total control. God is in control, he is the Creator of the Heaven and The Earth, when he says its going to happen, it will. So stay faithful and do the will of God and let him take care of your future.

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:34

Jesus taught us this listen, everyday has enough trouble of its own yet we continue to worry about tomorrow. Stay focused on today and Gods will for you, don’t worry about tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year. We walk by Faith and Not By Sight in Jesus Name Amen

Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me. Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. John 8:42-43

Anyone who doesn’t love Jesus couldn’t possible love God, our Heavenly Father. Jesus is the Word that became flesh, he does with will of his father, therefor anyone who rejects Christ rejects God. Most people don’t want to believe what Jesus said because he is the Truth, and the truth hurts. Instead of people changing there sinful ways, they rather embrace there sin and reject Christ.

You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me!John 8:44-45

Its pretty simple you are either a Child of God or a Child of Satan, you can’t walk with God and hold hands with the devil. Satan is the great deceiver and has implanted him in many religions, schools, movies, and even churches. Many blindly follow Satan and they might not even know it, what desires are you carrying out? Are they from God or Satan?

Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don’t you believe me? John 8:46

Even though Jesus was sinless and nobody could honestly accuse him of any sin, they killed him because they loved Sin more than there soul. Jesus is the Lamb of God, who became the atoning sacrifice for our sins, yet the world still rejected him.

Whoever belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God.” John 8:47

Whoever is truly a Child of God understands Jesus is the only Begotten Son of God. But many rejected him because there father is Satan, they are deceived by the desires of this world. Nobody else has rose from the grave and defeated death and sin, Nobody!

Who are you a Child of? God or Satan? Whos desires are you fulfilling? Do you do the will of God or Satan? There is only one Truth , Life, and Way in Jesus Name Amen

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

Are you tired? Tired of sin? Tired of addictions to drugs, alcohol, and pornography? Tired of depression and anxiety? Tired of being defeated and downcast? Tired of competing with your neighbor? Tired of wanting more and more and never being fulfilled? Tired of being let down my mankind?

but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4:14

Well theres a solution, a solution to every problem in the world, why? Because he already overcame the world.  Jesus already defeated Sin, he already defeated addiction, he already defeated depression, he already defeated envy, he already defeated Satan because at the cross when he said “It Is Finished” he crushed the head of the serpent, he overcame all the evil of this world

Drink from the Living Water of Jesus, eat from the Bread of Life, and thirst and hunger no more. Why? Because its nourishment for your soul, not your body. Jesus is the same today, yesterday, and forever, he does not change, he is the Alpha and Omega, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21

Anyone who calls upon Jesus shall be saved, doesn’t matter who you are, where you from, your nationality, your race, your age, call unto Jesus Christ to save your soul, repent your sins to The Lord, he will fill you with the Holy Spirit and make you a new creature in Jesus Name Amen

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7

When you understand the power of Jesus Christ, when he said “It is Finished” on the cross, he defeated death and all sin. He crushed the head of Satan, and because of his blood we have victory thru Christ. With that said, when Satan attacks you, remind him of who you are, a child of God.

Tell Satan and all his demons to depart from you in the name of Jesus Christ, there is no greater power. Demons tremble at the sound of his name because he has the authority to destroy them forever.

Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. James 4:8

Everyone who calls upon the Lord shall be saved! If you want to get closer to God, just call on him and he will come to you. Many people may feel like God is a million miles away but its totally the opposite. God sent his Holy Spirit to empower, comfort, heal, and give us wisdom. The same power that rose Jesus from the grave is living inside of us!

Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. James 4:9-10

God resists the proud, humble yourselfs before The Lord. Don’t fall for the temporary pleasures of this world, endure temporary suffering to press on to the prize of our higher calling, which is to be Citizens of Heaven not of this world. To live is Christ in Jesus Name Amen

In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as an offering to the LORD. And Abel also brought an offering–fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The LORD looked with favor on Abel and his offering, Genesis 4:3-4

There are many lessons we can learn from Cain and Abel, Why did God not favor Cains offering over Abels? First we read Cain brought “some of the fruits”, which means he most likely didn’t give God his “firstfruits”, he probably was giving God leftovers that he might not have used anyway. Whereas Abel sacrificed the firstborn of his flock, which as a shepherd probably meant a lot to him

See God wants all of your heart, he doesn’t want your left overs or after thoughts. God wants us to make him our highest priority, all he asks for is our heart.

but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast. Then the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? Genesis 4:5-6

When God was being honest with Cain, his ego was bruised. Jealousy and hatred began to fill Cain and eventually overtook Cains thoughts and actions. See this is how sin works, thoughts get planted into our head, then imagination, and then action. Instead of Cain learning humility and obedience he became self-obsessed with himself

If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.” Genesis 4:7

God is teaching Cain a lesson here, get control of your sins before your sins control you. But wasn’t Cain doing what was right? Not really, he half-heartedly coming to God instead of giving of his whole self. We need to learn, it’s not what we give to God it’s that whatever you do it’s for the Glory of God in Jesus Name Amen

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. James 3:13

The Fear of The Lord is the beginning of wisdom and understanding, if you don’t have fear of God, what understanding can you have about life? If life has no meaning or purpose then what consequences does anything have? Do we understand a life serving ourselves instead of others is an empty and wasted existence?

Jesus showed the greatest humility by allowing himself to be crucified to save us from our sins. He told us there is no greater love than to lay your life down for your friends. Does anyone have the wisdom to understand what God has already done for us?

But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth   Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. James 3:14-16

But we live in a world today of self-worship, which is Earthy and demonic. Meaning your vanity is driven by Satan himself. Nobody wants to hear about Jesus, because it interferes with yourself agendas. People are move in love with there sin than righteousness.

But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness. James 3:17-18

Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to live inside of us to give us wisdom, peace, and strength. But the Holy Spirit can not dwell in a pit, unless your going to repent your sins and clean up your life, you are rejecting Gods power and wisdom. Don’t be deceived by the world, trust in God in Jesus Name Amen

I am not seeking glory for myself; but there is one who seeks it, and he is the judge. Very truly I tell you, whoever obeys my word will never see death.”  John 8:50-51

How many Christian ministries today are really seeking to give Glory To God  or Glory to themselves? Remember to everything you do, do if for the Glory of God. Jesus laid his life down at the cross,  so God can deliver us from death and show his power thru his only begotten Son

Thru Jesus obedience to God, he was raised the King  of Kings and Lord of Lords sitting at the right hand of his Heavenly Father. Are you willing to do the will of God or  just glorify yourself?

Jesus replied, “If I glorify myself, my glory means nothing. My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me. John 8:54

Jesus lowered himself below the angels to do the will of God, if Jesus was here to glorify himself would he allow himself to be crucified on the cross? If he could raise the dead wouldn’t he have power to wipe out his enemies? But Jesus fulfilled the will of God becoming the atonement sacrifice to redeem us from our sins

“Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” John 8:58

Jesus is The Great I AM, he was here before the beginning of creation and he will be here for all eternity , sitting on his throne at the right hand of God. Jesus tried to reveal this to the world, but the world knew him not. Remember everything you do, do it for the Glory of God in Jesus Name Amen
