New Things

“Behold, the former things have come to pass, Now I declare new things; Before they spring forth I proclaim them to you.” Isaiah 42:9

We always have Hope, because of Jesus Christ! Currently this world looks dreadful. There is a lot of suffering and death. However these “Former Things” will come to pass! God is making all things new through his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ

Sing to the LORD a new song, Sing His praise from the end of the earth! You who go down to the sea, and all that is in it. You islands, and those who dwell on them. Isaiah 42:10

It goes on to say “Sing to God a New Song” meaning this is no reason to dwell or complain about your current condition. This world is broken and evil, this is why we need a Savior! However if you truly believe and trust in Christ, Sing a New Song! Not a song of worry and defeat because Christ has overcome the world

And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” Revelation 21:5

Jesus confirms He is making all things New! Just as God promised with the New Heaven and Earth, where there will be no more mourning, pain, or death. God is making all things new because the former things have passed away! God is declaring New Things in Jesus Name Amen!

Anything Good?

Nathanael said to him, “Can any good thing come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.” John 1:46

Picture This, “We found the Messiah”! (John 1:41) Andrew declared this to Peter, who are brothers. Think about the significance of this. The Jewish people have long awaited for the Messiah (Christ) for thousands of years! Even since the beginning in the book of Genesis, the Messiah was declared

And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise him on the heel.” (Genesis 3:15)

This was the moment of fulfillment, God even sent a messenger (John the Baptist) who was prophesied by Isaiah to declare the coming of the Messiah. Men were leaving their careers and families behind to follow the promised Messiah

Philip declared to Nathanael “We have found the Messiah” (John 1:45) The one that Moses prophesied about

“The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your countrymen, you shall listen to him. (Deuteronomy 18:15)

‘I will raise up a prophet from among their countrymen like you, and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him. (Deuteronomy 18:18)

But what was Nathanael’s reaction? Can anything good come from Nazareth? Nathanael was thinking worldly and not spiritually. Many of us react the same way when we are taught about Jesus. How can God become a Man and save the world from their sin?

Jesus saw Nathanael coming to Him, and said of him, “Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom there is no deceit!” (John 1:47)

What was Jesus reaction? He was not offended, in fact he called Nathanael a man of integrity

Nathanael answered Him, “Rabbi, You are the Son of God; You are the King of Israel.” (John 1:49)

Once Nathanael met Jesus he declared he is The Son of God. Maybe you have doubts or questions today about who Jesus is? Come to Christ, Seek and you will find, ask the Lord to reveal himself to you today in Jesus Name Amen!

I AM Forgiven

On the darkest day , you shined your light on me

On my judgement day, you have set me free

Afraid to look up, because I’m not worthy too

But your love it made me come close to you

Into your hands I commit my Spirit

On this day I am forgiven

Into your arms I’m free from prison

By your blood I am forgiven

There might be some dark days, every now and then

But we can overcome, because of the Holy Spirit within

And when I walk I’m never alone anymore

When I’m in the storm, I can see you on the shore

Into your hands I commit my Spirit

On this day I am forgiven

Into your arms I’m free from prison

By your blood I am forgiven

How can I ever repay, your demonstrated love

When I was dead, you came and rescued me from above

How can I ever explain, what you did for me

Just look at the cross,  the cross at Calvary

Into your hands I commit my Spirit

On this day I am forgiven

Into your arms I’m free from prison

By your blood I am forgiven

Turn Away From Them

Now I urge you, brethren, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them. Romans 16:17

This message is very relevant for todays Christianity, there is a lot of false teachers and Churches, notice what Paul says “Keep your eye on them”! He didn’t say ignore them or let them deceive people. If you see or hear someone preaching a false gospel, call them out on it! Let them explain why they are contradicting the Bible

Today there is so much false Gospel, its harder to find a preacher or Church that is actually teaching from the Bible. This is why you need to educate yourself with the Word of God and be filled by the Holy Spirit, otherwise you will easily be deceived by these con artists

For such men are slaves, not of our Lord Christ but of their own appetites; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting. Romans 16:18

These false teachers are not serving Jesus Christ, they are serving themselves. They are using the gospel of Christ to make money, Money has become the true God of most Churches! They have sold their souls to the world, but this world is only temporary and judgement is coming soon

Don’t allow your fellow Brethren to be deceived by these deceivers. Call them out! Make it known that they will be exposed

“Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. Matthew 7:15

Jesus warned us of these false prophets, they look like Holy and good people, but they are wicked and evil on the inside. The Holy Spirit is not in them, they are Children of Satan, call them out in Jesus Name Amen!

Eternal God

“Who has performed and accomplished it, Calling forth the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the LORD, am the first, and with the last. I am He.'” Isaiah 41:4

The “eternal” question is always who created God? When explaining creation to people this is always the question that usually pops up, however the reason this question arrives is because people have the wrong view of God.

God is eternal, he created time, space, and matter. Therefor God is outside of time, he is eternal. This is a concept we as humans have a hard time comprehending. And its natural to have these difficulties understanding since we are bound by time right now.

God reveals to the prophet Isaiah that He is eternal, he is the beginning and the end. Nothing came before God and not will come after him, God is eternal

When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. And He placed His right hand on me, saying, “Do not be afraid; I am the first and the last, Revelation 1:17

Jesus revealed himself as eternal also, when he revealed himself to the Apostle John, he identified himself as the first and the last, the same God revealed himself to Isaiah. Are we starting to draw a conclusion here? Just as God revealed himself as “I AM Who I AM”(Exodus 3:14) to Moses which means he is eternal, Jesus revealed himself as the “Great I AM” on several occasions.

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” Revelation 22:13

Jesus is God who became Flesh (John 1:14) The Father , Son , and Holy Spirit all co-exist and are eternal, our God is an eternal God, and because of what Christ did for us on the cross, we can one day live in eternity with him in Jesus name Amen
