Message of Christ

Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. Colossians 3:16

This Christmas Season we can have the message of Christ dwell among us, let everyone know that Jesus, our Messiah, was born of a virgin to save us from our sins. The promised Son of God became Flesh and dwelt among us. It’s

One of my favorite parts of the Christmas Season is the songs, there are so many great songs of worship from Away in The Manger to Silent Night to Joy To The World. When these sing these songs, sing with gratitude in our hearts for everything God has given us, including our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

Christmas is a great time to teach our Children and others of the Nativity story and let your children know they do have a Savior and Hope for the future. If we don’t teach our children, nobody will.  Let the message of Jesus , the King of King, being born dwell among us all in Jesus Name Amen

The Christ Has Come!

We’ve waited for many years, for the Christ to appear

Sorrow and death plagued this world

We were waiting for God to send a cure

How will this happen, our minds are overwhelmed

Will God come down from his Heavenly Realm?

The Christ has Come! The Christ Has Come!

Salvation has come  for everyone!

The Christ has Come! The Christ Has Come!

Open up your hearts for Gods only Son!

The Virgin gave birth to a Son

He is the promised seed, the chosen One

But where will this happen and how do we find him

The lowly manger where the Star is shinning

The Christ has Come! The Christ Has Come!

Salvation has come  for everyone!

The Christ has Come! The Christ Has Come!

Open up your hearts for Gods only Son!

Today is the day, when your sins can be washed away

Right now is the time, to love Him with all your heart, soul and mind

The Christ has Come! The Christ Has Come!

Salvation has come  for everyone!

The Christ has Come! The Christ Has Come!

Open up your hearts for Gods only Son!

The Tree Part 1

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Genesis 2:17

During the Christmas season, most people have a Christmas Tree in their homes or most towns have decorated a tree for the season. When we look at this tree, we typically see the ornaments that might have traditional value or the presents under the tree. But today I want us to look at the Christmas tree in a different light. Lets look at it metaphorically instead of traditionally.

A tree is where sin entered into the world. When God created Adam and Eve, they were immortal and sinless. However there was one tree that had the knowledge of Good and Evil, and God warned them to stay away from this tree. However due to their disobedience and persuasiveness by Satan, they partook from this forbidden Tree which would have extreme consequences.

But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. Genesis 3:3-5

Eve knew about the consequences of the Tree, however she was still allowed Satan to persuade her to partake of it. “You surely wont die” said Satan. This same lie is still being told today. Many people in this world still disobey God and say “its Ok to Sin we wont die”. This is a lie straight from Hell

Next notice Satan entices Eve that she will become “Godlike” if she partakes from the forbidden Tree. This is also the same agenda today. People blindly believe they will become like gods if they follow after their lusts. If they have enough money , power, and influence they can control the world! Our egos and selfishness often lead to our own demise

However as Sin entered into the world from a Tree, Tomorrow we’ll take a look how salvation also came from a Tree through Jesus Christ! Amen!

God Is With Us

She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21

Many today still dispute the name of our Lord and Savior, but the scriptures clearly define his name is Jesus. The name above all names, every knee shall bow and every tongue will confess Jesus Christ is Lord.

Jesus was sent here for a mission from God, not to condemn the world but to save it. Everyone who accepts Jesus into there heart and calls upon him shall be saved!

All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” (which means “God with us”). Matthew 1:22-23

Immanuel, God is with us, the Word became Flesh and dwelt among us. Everything that happened at the first Christmas was to fulfill Gods plan for us. He sent his only begotten Son to save us from our sins and develop a personal relationship with our Creator.

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel. Isaiah 7:14

The prophecies of Isaiah were fulfilled in the town of Bethlehem. The Virgin Mary conceived a child from the Holy Spirit. God came down from Heaven in form of his Son Jesus to save us all. All of this has been fulfilled for You, give Thanks to The Lord for his Grace and Love in Jesus Name Amen

Only Begotten Son

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

On that glorious day God sent his love to us thru his only begotten Son Jesus. Our Messiah who has delivered us from our sins and has giving us eternal hope.

The original Greek text for Begotten was “Monogenes”. As most Greek words Monogenes has two primary definitions. It means “unique or one of a kind” and it means “only child”. The word Begotten clearly defines Jesus importance and uniqueness as The Son of God.

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:17

Angels filled the sky and rejoiced when Jesus was born, because he came to save the world not condemn it. By his atonement sacrifice he has taken our sins for us , so we can be part of Gods covenant.

He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:18

Jesus is The Truth, Life, and The Only Way to eternal life. If you reject him you are condemning your life. Why would you reject the one who has giving you everything? Jesus is the only gift you need this Christmas

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. John 3:19

Many will reject him because they love there sin more than him. The Word of God is a sword the cuts to the heart of evil. Rejoice for the light of the world has been delivered to us in a manger in Jesus Name Amen

Man Child

And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. Revelation 12:1-2

Often when we think about Christmas or the birth of Christ, we don’t often think of the book of Revelation. However the book of Revelation clearly shows how Jesus coming into this world to destroy Satan and the war between them.

The book of Revelation is often interpreted many ways, the woman here is sometimes interpreted as Mary herself, some would says its symbolic of the Church. I believe the woman is symbolic of Israel, notice the twelve stars on her head representing the 12 tribes of Israel. Jesus the Messiah (Christ) came through Israel.

And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. Revelation 12:3-4

Next we see the Red Dragon which is symbolic for Satan. We notice the ten horns and seven crowns which represent all the evil kingdoms Satan has used to persecute Gods people. We also notice reference to the “war in heaven” when 1/3 of the stars (fallen angels)  were thrown out of heaven by arch angel Michael (Daniel 12, Jude 1)

Notice Satan was looking to destroy Jesus as soon as he was born. We know this also from when King Herod heard of Jesus birth and ordered all male babies to be killed, which was prophesied by Jeremiah called “Rachels weeping” (Matthew 2, Jeremiah 31)

And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. Revelation 12:5

Israel brought forth the Messiah , who would be the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. And Jesus would sit at the right hand of God and all power and authority have been given to him. Jesus rules with a Rod of Iron, Amen!

Seek Jesus

You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13

Are you seeking Jesus with all your heart, mind, and soul? The 3 wisemen  traveled over 900 miles from Persia (Iran) to Bethlehem, which probably took over 2 years to find the King Jesus. They read the prophecies from the scriptures and knew if this was true they better find out!

Many of us today have already heard the gospel of Christ, you heard about his crucifixion and resurrection, but many of you doubt. Have you seeked the Lord Jesus? If you don’t believe in the resurrection, have you done diligent research to disprove it? Many Atheists have tried this in the past and led to be Born Again once the truth has been revealed to them

Since the beginning of time God has wanted us to seek him. He tells the Israelites if they seek him, they will find him. Question is how many of them took him up on his offer? How many rather take the easy road and trust in the world rather than trust in their Creator?

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7

Jesus is saying the same thing today to You, Seek and you will find Him. The question is are you truly seeking Jesus or are you just listening to people? Knock on The Door (Jesus) and he will answer You!

For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Matthew 7:8

Who is allowed to Seek Jesus? EVERYONE, Jesus says everyone who seeks him will find him! The blood of Christ has allowed us to become Children of God and inherit his eternal Kingdom through Christ Amen!

Earth Will Be Blessed

And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. Genesis 12:2-3

When we think about this scripture, we think about the birth of Israel. However this prophecy and scripture has a greater meaning. This was one of the many prophecies of the coming Messiah (Christ) As it is written, All families of the Earth will be blessed! Not just the families of Israel, but the entire world, how and why?

First we have Abraham who was called by God to create a new nation Israel. You might ask, why would God want to create one nation in the world? Well because he needed a seed line for the coming of the Messiah. Gods redemption plan was being completed through Israel

By faith Abraham responded to Gods calling, and headed to the Promised Land to form Israel. God gave Abraham the promise of a Son. Another foreshadow of the coming Messiah, as God promised he would sent forth his Son to save the entire world

My point is we should see the Bible as a complete story, from Genesis to Revelation, God had a complete redemption plan for humanity. The Old Testament isn’t just about Israel , its about the coming of Jesus and how he saved the entire world!
