As Halloween approaches, it amazes me how people are obsessed with horror and death. People watch violent movies about killings, and even dress up as monsters or victims with blood and guts, why are people so obsessed with dying and evil?

I seen an advertisement for a show called the”Walking Dead” and its become a huge hit with many people obsessed about it. I never watched the show but the from what I gather from commercials is that its about “Zombies” that kill people. Why would anyone want to watch this? Isn’t there enough evil in our world with introducing yourself and your children to more?

The ironic thing is without Christ everyone is the “Walking Dead”. The wages of our sins is death, so if you rejected Christ and have not been redeemed by his blood you are a dead man walking..literally! Maybe Satan is disguising this fantasy horror into your subconscious accepting this fate. But it doesn’t have to be this way, God so loved the world that he sent Jesus to give us eternal life!

I choose life, I choose Jesus Christ. By his sacrifice on the cross our trespasses and sins are forgiven. We are redeemed and forgiven. Don’t be the “Walking Dead” repent and accept Christ as your Lord and Savior in Jesus Name Amen

Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.” John 2:19

This one simple statement from Jesus  brought so much revelation to us. The Religious Leaders thought Jesus was literally threatening to destroy the Holy Temple, but they didn’t realize Jesus was the temple and he was raised after three days to live forevermore.

The body is the temple of God (1 Corinthians 6:19) through the New Covenant of Jesus, we no longer need to visit the Holy Temple in Jerusalem to talk to God. The Holy Spirit dwells in us and we can be with God everywhere, even in the darkest valleys. Jesus literally prophesied about his death and resurrection, but nobody at the time understood him.

But another great revelation that was taught here most people miss, Jesus said that he will raise himself up again.

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

As we know God raised Christ from the dead, Jesus is revealing his deity and unity with God the Father in the Trinity. If it wasn’t , Jesus would have said that God would raise it up again, but he revealed his deity as Lord of Lords. Through Christ we can be raised again and have the Holy Spirit dwell in us in Jesus Name Amen!

The LORD will be king over the whole earth. On that day there will be one LORD, and his name the only name. Zechariah 14:9

In our current world, it seems like its spinning out of control. Natural disasters happening every day and ever where. Our Nation is only minutes away from a world nuclear war. People have become cold and hateful, the love for thy neighbor has vanished.

But even though it seems the world is in total chaos I can assure you God is still in control. Jesus (Yeshua) is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, he sits on the throne and when he returns every knee will bow and tongue will confess that he is Lord! Everyone who opposes Christ right now will be under his eternal reign as all the nations rest on his shoulders.

So even in troubled times as these, just as Jesus predicted these times would come, we can have hope, peace, and joy knowing that our God has victory. His kingdom will be established and reign forever!

Because Jesus is the name above all names, when you put your trust in him, when you are covered by his blood, you are victorious over any evil force of this world. Jesus is King of Kings, let your kingdom come in Jesus Name Amen!

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1

One of the mysteries and highly debated doctrines of Christianity is the Trinity. As many would assume that all Christians believe in the Trinity, I have actually come across many who don’t. The question is with all the scriptural evidence of The Trinity, how can someone say they believe the Word of God yet deny what is says?

In this scripture (John 1:1) its very clear there is a Trinity “ In the beginning was (Jesus) and (Jesus) was with God, and (Jesus) was God”

It’s very clear from reading this scripture that the Father and Son are separate but also one. How can this be? How do our human minds comprehend this? This is our main problem when interpreting scriptures; we try to use our own human logic to describe something that is beyond us

Many Christians have tried to deny the Trinity based on their human minds can’t comprehend how God works. How do we comprehend our creation? Can we comprehend a God who is beyond time and space and breathed life into existence? No we don’t have the ability to comprehend power and intelligence that is way beyond us. So if you can accept Creation why can’t you accept The Trinity?

We are the clay and God is the potter, just because we can’t understand or comprehend something doesn’t mean its not true. One thing we do know is we can trust in the Word of God, and the Word says there is a Trinity. So continue to baptize in the name of The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit Amen!

This third I will put into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say, ‘They are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The LORD is our God. Zechariah 13:9

God never promised that life would be easy, in fact he said sometimes we will be “put into the fire”. You maybe asking why would God allow this or do this to me?  God said he is doing it to refine us like Silver and Gold. We must remember and keep things in perspective, this current life is only temporary and we are preparing for Gods eternal Kingdom!

The question is who do we react to our trial or situation? Do we believe that God will see us through it or do we curse him? God says “They will call on my name and he will answer us”, Don’t allow a bad season or situation to ruin your faith. You may not see a way but God has already made the way, we just need to put our trust in him.

I know that sometimes its easier said than done but that’s why it’s a test. For a rock to become a diamond it must endure the pressure and heat, this is the same for us. We make look defeated right now but put your faith in God and he will answer you in Jesus Name Amen!
