We have lived in various states and cities in Australia. When a nativity is banned from a local shopping centre or street corner, it will often be back the following year. Interestingly, it’s often the cultures who don’t celebrate Christmas as we do, are the ones who want it back. They are bring up their children in a new country with new cultures of their own. Most want their children to experience freedom of religion, even if not their own.
