Interesting, that the pastor left Jesus out of his message based on a false assumption. It should make us stop and think … maybe people are more interested in hearing the gospel than we give them credit for. How many times do we assume, “(s)he doesn’t want to hear about that,” or, “(s)he’ll get irritated if I bring up the subject.”? – Not that either of those assumptions is an excuse to pass up opportunities to evangelize, which we should be doing anyway.
