False Shepherds

“Many shepherds have ruined My vineyard, They have trampled down My field; They have made My pleasant field A desolate wilderness. Jeremiah 12:10

God had delivered Israel everything,he delivered them out of slavery, he provided for them in the wilderness,  he gave them the Promise Land, however Israel was never satisfied with what God provided. They became wicked and worshiped pagan gods trampling on the Kingdom God was building here on Earth

It has been made a desolation, Desolate, it mourns before Me; The whole land has been made desolate, Because no man lays it to heart. Jeremiah 12:11

The Promise Land has become a land of desolation because of the wickedness it their hearts. Israel cared more about their sin and wickedness then they did about praising and worshipping God.

Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. Matthew 7:15

The word pastor is latin for shepherd. Jesus warned us that the false pastors/prophets/shepherds will come to destroy the Church. Just as the false shepherds trampled on and destroyed Israel internally, the false prophets today are trying to destroy the “Church” internally also

You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they? Matthew 7:16

By their fruits you will now these people, what are the motives on these people? Are they serving God or serving themselves? Is what they are saying confirmed in the Word of God?

The biggest problem with Christianity today is the heretical teachings accepted today by many Christians because of lack of Biblical knowledge. Know who you are following, test the Spirits, don’t allow your Church to become a desolate wasteland because of wickedness Amen!

This just blows my mind away! I followed you because this is something that will help me. Every word that you said was true, and I am looking forward to seeing more of your works. The passage that you said about the ravening wolves is something that I had to memorize for school. Remember- The Lord Jesus is with you! Thanks- Ryan.

    Powerful word bro!
How many “mega churches” fall under this passage??? MOST I would say!!!
Shortly after marrying my husband and he moving to the church I was a member of for 14 yrs he said we were moving on,ummmmm you can image how I felt he wanting to move on to another church. My husband is a godly spirit-filled man and he could discern what I couldn’t. You see I was committed to this church because this is where all my friends were. I had done so much with these people over the years from retreats to fundraisers etc…However when my husband started attending my church right off the bat he didn’t feel God’s Holy Spirit! That’s right my pastor had kicked God out of the church, there was no more being slain in the Spirit,no more tongues…the church was growing with new people coming in and my pastor didn’t want them to think we were a bunch of nuts so he told us NO MORE of that stuff! I LOVED God then and still do BUT I didn’t realize that I was staying there because of the people, they were familiar and I didn’t want to make new friends or go to a new church at my age.
Guess who won out???? God won out!!! He through my husband was able to open my eyes to the FALSEHOOD in that church! Thank YOU LORD JESUS for my husbands discernment!
Today I have that kind of discernment…Praise the Lord!!! I can tell right off the bat who on Twitter/Facebook are the real deal and whose in it for their own glory! The same goes for pastors I hear from the pulpit.

    Sweet Shalom dear brother! 🙂
