And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give. Matthew 10:7-8

Notice Jesus didn’t send his disciples out unarmed. He gave them the power and authority to heal and cast our demons. Then why are most followers of Christ not doing this? Jesus has set you free now is the time you can set others free through Christ. We are to be the hands and feet of God, act like it and use it.

Even after Jesus acendended into heaven, the disciples continued to preach, heal, and cast out demons. They didn’t sit around waiting for Jesus to return, because Jesus sent them the promised power of the Holy Spirit (John 14) The same power that rose Christ from the dead is living inside of you (Romans 8:11)

Jesus also said freely you received, freely you give (Matthew 10:8) Jesus didn’t say for a donation I can send you the Holy Spirit. All those making big money from Christianity, repent for your sins now and give that money to the poor. For a day will come when you will stand face to face with Christ and he’ll say “ Depart from me your worker of lawlessness, I never knew you! “ (Matthew 7:23)

If you truly have faith in God, then you know God is the provider of all things, not man. God knows all your needs (Matthew 6:8) Freely Give the gospel of Jesus Christ, and Freely receive the anointing of the Holy Spirit in Jesus Name Amen

Then He touched their eyes, saying, “It shall be done to you according to your faith.” Matthew 9:29

When Jesus entered the blind mans home, instead of immediately healing him, he asked “Do you really believe I can do this?” The man said “Yes Lord” and he was healed according to his faith. What if Jesus came to heal you today, do you really believe he can do this? Is the amount of healing you received according to your faith?

Faith is a game changer, we can have all the knowledge of the Bible, but if we truly have no faith we won’t see Gods glory. Jesus taught us with faith the size of a mustard seed, we can move mountains (Matthew 17:20) why is it so difficult to have faith? Often its because we don’t want to be let down. In our experiences people have always let us down, but God is holy, he does not change. (Malachi 3:6) He will never leave or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6)

So take the plunge, for we walk by faith and not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7) Put your trust in The Lord. What do you have to lose? Allow your Heavenly Father to show you he is with you. So when the Great Physician (Jesus Christ) comes knocking at your door, look him in the eye and say “Yes Lord I am healed According To My Faith in Jesus Name Amen!

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. John 10:10

Satan came to kill and Jesus came to save, which one do you choose? Sounds like a pretty simple answer but most of the world has fallen under control of the evil one ( 1 John 5:19) The same lie that Satan has been telling us since day one “ You surely won’t die” (Genesis 3:4) is the same lie the world still believes today

So how does the thief have everyone under his control? Through his traps, addictions, and pleasures. Satan doesn’t want you to think about tomorrow, he wants you to live for the moment. He wants you to eat the forbidden fruit (Genesis 3:6), that is pleasing to the eyes and body.

But Satan is a liar (John 8:44), Sin has consequences and the wages of sin is death. (Romans 6:23) Is there a sin that does not have a consequence? No the reason its called sin is because its lawlessness against God. (1 John 3:4) Satan wants to take away your joy, peace, and your life

But Jesus came to give you eternal life. He is the light shinning in the darkness that can’t be defeated. God loved you enough to send his only begotten Son to take the wages of your sins. So which do you choose? Life or Death? Follow the only one who can give you life in Jesus Name Amen

So they were saying to him, “How then were your eyes opened?” John 9:10

What’s it going to take for the world to open its eyes? Jesus came to open the eyes of the blind, to set the captives free (Isaiah 42:7) So what does that mean? Means he came to be truth into the world, the truth about our salvation and purpose. The truth that the world doesn’t want you to know or hear.

When we read this story in John 9, Jesus literally heals a blind man. The disciples questioned Jesus what sins did this man commit to earn this suffering. Jesus explained to them, this man wasn’t born blind as a punishment, God allowed this see everyone can see his glory be revealed.

After Jesus healed the man, everyone was in amazement, they said “wasn’t this the blind beggar?” One touch of Gods glory, he can take us from being a beggar to a child of royalty. Jesus brings hope to the hopeless

So you might say well I wasn’t born blind, but are you currently spiritually blind? Do you understand what God has done for you already? Even though we are all sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8) Jesus brought the light and truth into this dark world. Those who have ears let them hear, those who have eyes let them see (Mark 11:15) in Jesus name Amen

And He was saying to them, “You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world. John 8:23

Are you living for this world or are you preparing for eternity? It’s easy to get caught up in this world and live for making money and obtaining possessions. But Jesus taught us that everything in this world is temporary. Everything including this world will eventually pass away but God is eternal (Matthew 24:35) So why do we devote so much time into temporary things?

For we brought nothing into this world, and we can take nothing out of it ( 1 Timothy 6:7) All the money in your bank account or the fancy car you drive are not going to save you from death. The world can bring you temporary pleasure, but only through Jesus Christ can we obtain eternal life. Are you preparing for eternity or living for the temporary?

We’ll take it one step forward “Anyone who loves the world, does not love God” ( 1 John 2:15) But how can this be? Didn’t God create the world? Yes but mankind chose to follow the evil of Satan (Genesis 3), and has corrupted the whole world.  The world is ruled by Satan (2 Corinthians 4:4)

When you understand this , you understand why the world is so messed up. You understand why evil does happen in this world. Jesus is not of this world, he has overcome sin, death , and hell. If you want eternity, fix your mind and eyes on above, not below. Prepare for the coming of Gods Kingdom in Jesus Name Amen
