What guides you through your life? Do you know what path your headed on? The Word of God is a special gift given to us because its gives us wisdom, guidance, and hope. All scripture is God breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training us in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16)
Reading The Bible shouldn’t feel like a chore , it should make us feel excited for we a reading the Words from our Heavenly Father, our Creator. When we understand the power of Gods Word, it takes root into our hearts and minds, and becomes the lamp for our feet.
Jesus is The Word that became Flesh (John 1:14) he brought light into the darkness of this world. When we follow Jesus, we are following down the path of light. For though Christ , we are the light of the world (Matthew 5:14) Let your light shine for the world to see, this will also light your path to righteousness
The grass whithers and flowers fade, but the Word of God will endure forever (Isaiah 40:8) Let the eternal Word be your guide through this dark world , Jesus is the Truth, Life, and Way, let him be your guide to eternal life Amen
Unashamed of Jesus 
My Dad gave me my first Bible in 1968 with this verse penned in his own hand. It has greatly influenced my life even before I was saved.

In John 1, we learn that God is the Word, and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Jesus is the living Word and the living God! Amen! Thank you for your post!

Great post. I love God’s Word. I get excited when I read it and one of my favorite verses is, “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” Psalm 119:105
