Our Struggle

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12

Are you struggling today? Do you know what or who your battle is against? All of us struggle, but the important thing is to know our enemy, and our enemy is Satan (1 Peter 5:8) for he looks to devour you like a Lion.

You see Satan has setup traps for you (Psalm 141:9), addictions of the flesh, alcohol, drugs, pornography, violence, they are all traps by Satan to enslave you (John 8:34) until you break those chains , you can never be free from your struggles.

But the good news is Jesus has defeated death and Satan at the cross, (1 Corinthians 15:55-57) through Jesus the slavery of sin has been broken (Galatians 4:7) and you can be victorious though Christ (Romans 8:37)

See you are in a spiritual warfare, not a physical warfare. You can’t defeat your enemy without the power of God, the same power that rose Jesus from the dead can live inside of you (Romans 8:11)

Greater is he (Jesus) living inside of us that he (Satan) who is living in the world (1 John 4:4) We can do all things through Christ who gives us strength (Philippians 4:13)

So are how are you fighting your struggles today? Are you trying to do it alone? Or are you calling upon the name of Jesus, because everyone who calls upon the name of The Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13) in Jesus name Amen

What a great post. Spiritual warfare is so real in the lives of every person. Satan especially tries to attack Christians because he knows they’re such a threat to him! Thank you for so boldly writing this true post. 🙂

  2. Jesus first loved us

This is very true. satan tried to come against us with our former weakness but Jesus had set us free, when that didn’t work he came from a different way. That is not working either. No matter what is going on God is with me and working to make these things good for us.Praise God!!

Absolutely awesome! Yes it is so important to know who are enemy is and how’s he’s already defeated! I love the scripture that says if we submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee!!!! Thank the Lord that HE will find a way of escape for us, HE is able to keep us from falling! We serve a merciful and gracious God who cares about us!!! Thank you Jesus!!!
