Deception Of Satan

“You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” Genesis 3:4-5

Satan has been deceiving the world since the very beginning, he has waged war on God because he wants to be God. His mission is to manipulate everyone of God’s creation, that is us, and destroy your soul.

He will feed your ego and encourage you to indulge in your lusts and temptations, which ultimately lead to you own self destruction. Still today more people sell their souls to Satan falling for his lies and deception only to dig their own graves

When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Genesis 3:6

Satan doesn’t appear to you as a beast or monster, him and his demons will disguise themselves to whatever you desire. Once you drink from Satans cup he will enslave you with addiction and disease. He will control you to fulfill his will and then ultimately destroy your soul

Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves. Genesis 3:7

Why did God forbid Adam and Eve to eat from the forbidden fruit? Because God is holy and sin doesn’t come from him, Satan has created sin to entice and destroy humanity. Once Adam and Eve introduced sin into the world, they corrupted humanity and their own souls

And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” Genesis 3:15

But there is Hope and his name is Jesus Christ. God sent his only begotten Son to the cross and there he crushed the head of Satan. When Jesus said “It Is Finished” he defeated death and Satan. The new covenant has been created and we are redeemed in Jesus Name Amen
