For Jesus had commanded the impure spirit to come out of the man. Many times it had seized him, and though he was chained hand and foot and kept under guard, he had broken his chains and had been driven by the demon into solitary places.  Luke 8:29

Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” “Legion,” he replied, because many demons had gone into him. Luke 8:30

And they begged Jesus repeatedly not to order them to go into the Abyss. Luke 8:31

Jesus has the power and the authority of God because he is his only begotten son. Even demons know this and tremble at his very name. Notice these demons beg Jesus not to thru them into hell, why would they say this?

Because they know the power Jesus has, also they know that the book of Revelation is true. Jesus will one day throw Satan and his followers in Hell. There is power in the name of Jesus!

“What do you want with us, Son of God?” they shouted. “Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?” Matthew 8:29

Another account of the story in Matthew, the demons not only beg Jesus not to torture them but confirm he is the “Son of God”

If Demons, who are the enemy of God and you, understand the power and authority of Jesus shouldn’t you?  There is no attack on this Earth whether it be sickness or death that can’t be overcome by the power and blood of Jesus.

“What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are–the Holy One of God!” Mark 1:24

Be quiet!” said Jesus sternly. “Come out of him!” Mark 1:25

During one of Jesus sermons, a man possessed with demons cried out. Why? Because demons shudder at the name of Jesus, they also confirmed he is “The One of God” meaning the only begotten one.

If you reject Jesus or deny his power, you are not only condemning your future but leaving yourself defenseless to an evil prey that will devour you like a Lion.

You believe that there is one God; you do well: the devils also believe, and tremble.. James 2:19

Be aware that there is an enemy against you on this Earth, the reason is you are Gods creation his child. Satan hates you because he wants to be God, therefor he’s wants to destroy you. But God sent us a savior his name is Jesus Amen
