Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
Jesus died and rose from the dead, if you are washed in the Blood of The Lamb you will be risen again also. Death has been defeated at the cross. Satan has no power over you unless you submit to him, resist the devil and he will flee from you. Rejoice for you have eternal life thru Jesus Christ!
According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. 1 Thessalonians 4:15
The next few scriptures are what we call “The Rapture” when Jesus returns he will resurrect the dead and take his remaining alive followers to heaven. This is the beginning of the “Tribulation” the end of the earth before its restored once again.
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 1 Thessalonians 4:16
Make no mistake Jesus is coming like a thief in the night. And when he does every eye will see him. And with his command he will resurrect the dead. So mourn no more for your loved ones will be brought back to life for evermore
After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 1 Thessalonians 4:17
The Christians who are still on The Earth will be taken to Heaven and saved from the horrors of the Tribulation. Are you going to be in that group? Are will you be left behind? Make sure your washed by the Blood of Jesus, allow him into your heart and confess he is your Lord and Savior.
Therefore encourage one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:18
These words are only condemnation for those who reject Jesus, but for Christians these are word to rejoice by. Encourage one another with these word in Jesus Name Amen
