Joe Biden, along with so many others, are anti-Christ obviously. However, Joe Biden isn’t the Anti-Christ either(i.e., first Beast in Revelation 13). As some believe Barack Hussein Obama was. However, I believe with others that a Pope is the False Prophet (i.e., second Beast in Revelation 13).
In reference to 2 Thessalonians 2, we have seen in recent years the “Great Falling Away” or the “Great Apostasy” (e.g., atheism, secularism, “Nones,” humanism, Cultural or Progressive “Christians”) and events leading to and preparing for the Anti-Christ (e.g., 2 Thessalonians 2, Revelation 13).
However, the first Beast in Revelation 13, the Anti-Christ, and the Anti-Christ referred to in 2 Thessalonians 2 is a person who will be the head of the political system, the NWO or kingdom of the Beast if you will. The Beast or “Anti-Christ” is referred as a he and a person in the Bible. The second Beast in Revelation 13, the False Prophet, is also a person. This is Biblical.
Generically anti-Christ is anyone who is against or opposes Jesus Christ. Of which there are many in this wicked and perverse generation, these Last Days. Yet, the Anti-Christ will arise and will take the place of Christ on the world (ref. Daniel 7-12, 2 Thessalonians 2, 1 John 2:18, Revelation 13).
As for your definition of Beast, we can see and increasing see to an alarming degree the increase in Socialism and Communism. Both of which are anti-Christ by the definition you’ve given. For both are in the place of Christ. That is, Socialist and Communist governments supplant God and are god to the masses. Hence, Jesus Christ and Christianity are enemies of Socialism and Communism (e.g, China, North Korea).
Currently, there are three ANTICHRISTS operating in the world:
Roman Catholic, Zionist, Muslim.

We’re not in agreement as to who or what the Three ANTI-CHRISTs are specifically. Of course, that’s okay. However, as we read (the Scripture you provided) they are unclean spirits (demons/devils) and they come out of the mouth of the dragon (Satan), the beast (The Anti-Christ), and the false prophet (second beast). These three being the counterfeit trinity. Although I’m not a scholar or expert on eschatology, this time hasn’t come yet.
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there comes a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 2 Thessalonians 2:3,4
The Roman Empire and its heir, the Roman Catholic Church and its offshoots, denominations, freemasonry, apostate Protestantism, etc., DO NOT represent the CHURCH OF CHRIST on this Earth.
And the LORD JESUS CHRIST was born a Jew and was never in Rome, but, as we know, he was MURDERED by the Romans at the behest of the Jewish ELITES.

ANTICHRIST is
the one who is in the place of Christ;
and BEAST, is
a political and belief system.
