There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven—

Our Living Hope
He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David; and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and His kingdom will have no end.” Luke 1:32-33
What hope do we have for this world? As we look around its hard to find anything positive to talk about, everyone is at war with each other over politics, social issues, religion, money ect. We take a look around the globe and nation is feuding with nation. Diseases and illnesses are wide spread, as most people are suffering on a daily basis from something
But there is hope from God, his name is Jesus Christ. He is the only hope for humanity. If you reject this hope, there is nothing left for you. If you reject Christ, what are you putting your hope into?
Think about this, God loved you enough to become a man and die for your sins. Why would the Creator of the universe do this is beyond our comprehension? We don’t deserve it, but God demonstrated his love for us.
She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21
How do we comprehend this? God becoming a man to save us from our sins! Seek and you will find him, knock and the door will be opened! (Matthew 7) Salvation only comes from God and nothing else, turn to Jesus and let him set you free from sin and death!
If your feeling lost and ready to be saved say this prayer:
Heavenly Father, I confess my sins, I accept and receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, have mercy upon me, pour your Holy Spirit upon me and make me new again in Jesus Name Amen!
The Word of God
Do not add to His words Or He will reprove you, and you will be proved a liar.

Examine Yourself
Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you– unless indeed you fail the test? 2 Corinthians 13:5
Many people believe when they become “saved” or a “Christian” they are once and done. They say the “Sinners Prayer” and they got the golden ticket to Heaven. However this is not what being “Born Again” is all about, it’s a daily walk with God a daily reflection on our lives
Just as you go to the doctors to get a exam, we also need to examine ourselves spiritually. Where are you at with your relationship with Christ? Do you have any unrepented sin in your life? Are you producing any fruit for the Kingdom?
But I trust that you will realize that we ourselves do not fail the test. Now we pray to God that you do no wrong; not that we ourselves may appear approved, but that you may do what is right, even though we may appear unapproved. 2 Corinthians 13:6-7
Were all going to make mistakes and slip up sometimes. Anyone who says they don’t sin is a liar (1 John 1:8) However we repent and put our daily trust in Jesus Christ for salvation. I heard it said before “Our works don’t produce our salvation, however the salivation of Christ produces works in us”
But a man must examine himself, and in so doing he is to eat of the bread and drink of the cup. 1 Corinthians 11:28
As Paul was teaching about communion, we should examine ourselves daily. Communion (Lords Supper) it’s a great time to examine yourself and your relationship with Jesus. The Law of God is like a mirror for us to examine ourselves, test yourself in Jesus name Amen!

Boardwalk of Brokenness
I took a walk down the Boardwalk of Brokenness… I see females dressed like prostitutes…I see males act like caged animals… I see debauchery, drunkenness, sexual immorality, profanity, and greed every corner I walked.
But just to the side of me is Gods creation, a vast ocean of awe that not even the most intellect can grasp its creation. Yet the godless and mockers will stand and gaze at it, in awe and wonder, yet give no credit or glory to its creator. Where do they believe such awesomeness and power comes from?
On that dark Boardwalk was a light, it was a little Church right in the middle of the chaos. And while thousands of people walking by were full of sin and alcohol, there was a few that were filled with the Holy Spirit singing “It Is Well With My Soul”
Darkness will always be everywhere, but the light will always be noticeable. No matter where you are, be that Light of The World, that darkness cant snuff out. They can mock, they can laugh, but they cant take your living soul
There will be a day, when the mockery and laughter of the world will turn into weeping and gnashing of teeth. But It Is Well With Our Souls because Jesus Christ made the Way! Amen!
Reflection
As in water face reflects face, So the heart of man reflects man.

Thorn In The Side
Because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, for this reason, to keep me from exalting myself, there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me– to keep me from exalting myself! 2 Corinthians 12:7
Often times “Christians” would ask , “Why does God keep allowing bad things to happen to me”? We read here that God allowed Satan to torment the Apostle Paul so he would keep himself humble. Remember Paul experienced a lot of amazing things during his ministry, he met Jesus face to face, God allowed miracles and healings to work through him, his life was spared many times by God
So a human experiencing these things can cause us to exalt ourselves pretty quickly. We see this a lot in ministry, people see Gods work and right away they start giving themselves the credit.
Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me. 2 Corinthians 12:8
Now don’t misunderstand, Paul didn’t like this “Thorn in the side”. He pleaded with God to take away this torment. However Paul also had the Spiritual Maturity to understand this was for his own benefit. See when we look at things from a worldly temporary perspective this would see terrible. However when we look at this from an eternal perspective
And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
God wants us to rely on him for everything! Yes so sometimes he needs to take things away for us to cling to him. As Paul learned the Grace of God is sufficient enough for us, we don’t need anything else. Through our weakness he makes us strong! To the world is sounds like a contradiction but this is what having faith and trusting God is really about! Amen!

God Loves You
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11
God loves you and has a plan for your life! I know sometimes this seems hard to believe but know what your Creator has to say about you and what he has done for you to give you eternal life!
For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. Psalm 139:13-14
You are not a mistake! God knew you before he formed you in your mother’s womb and had a plan for your life! Don’t be led astray by this world, follow Jesus and find out what your Heavenly Fathers purpose for your life is!
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16
Despite all our failures and mistakes, God loves us enough to send his only Son Jesus Christ to die for the penalty of our sins. If there is any question if God loves you, look to Jesus Christ! God had a redemption plan for all who believe in his Son Jesus Christ!
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
Real Love is an action, God demonstrated his love for us with Jesus! Imagine God becoming human to take the penalty for your sins! This is true Love and it was demonstrated for You!
Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38
So what do you have to do to become saved? Repent, meaning turn away from your sinful ways, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ! Receive Jesus as your Lord (Master) and Savior in your heart! Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit which is God living inside of You!
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. John 14:6
Jesus is the only way to God and eternal life. There is no other way! Why? Because Jesus took the penalty for your sins, only Jesus can atone for your sin. Jesus is the Living God in the flesh, there is no other way for salvation!
If you’re ready to be saved , please say this prayer:
Heavenly Father, I confess I am a sinner and I repent of my sins. I receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, pour your Holy Spirit upon me in Jesus Name Amen!
Turn to my reproof, Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.

The Deceiver
But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ. 2 Corinthians 11:3
Often when we think about people who “worship the devil” we think of people who wear all black, and wear skulls on their clothing, and flash satanic symbols with their hands. However as the Bible describes Satan as “crafty” he will find other ways to manipulate and reach you
If you take a look at most movies, shows, and music, the majority of it is all based on Satanism. Now I know the skeptic will say “Your just being paranoid”, however look at the content of everything being made today. Does any of it glorify God? No actually most of it mocks or curses God continually.
No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light 2 Corinthians 11:14
Satan is a great deceiver. Just as Satan deceived Eve in to believing he was innocent and more powerful than God, he will try to deceive you also. You might think, well this makes me feel good, therefor it must be good for me. That’s exactly how Satan wants you to think, we must remember that truth does not come from feelings!
This is whats wrong with the modern day Church, we want a “Church” that makes us feel good or is entertaining, rather than a “Church” that preaches the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Don’t be led astray by these deceptions.
Questions to ask yourself, is what your listening to or watching supported by the Bible? Are the things your doing on a daily basis glorifying God? Don’t be deceived, Satan is crafty and an angel of light, but he wants to destroy your soul. Put your soul in the hands of Jesus Amen!
