Stop trusting in mere humans, who have but a breath in their nostrils. Why hold them in esteem?

Who Killed Jesus?
No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.” John 10:18
Who killed Jesus? One thing that is often debated is who actually responsible for the killing of Jesus? Was it the Romans or the Jews? The actual answer is it was us, including yourself that was responsible for the death of Jesus. Probably not the answer your expecting, but is actually true.
As Jesus said, he willingly laid down his life as the ransom for our sins. Yes the Romans tortured and crucified him, but they were actually fulfilling Gods redemption plan without even knowing it. Jesus was sent as the Lamb of God, to take the sins of this world, he willingly became the final atonement for our sins.
The Bible tells us we are all guilty of sin (Romans 3:23), therefore your sin is the reason Jesus needed to lay down his life. People, who try to distance themselves from the crucifixion at Calvary, are just deceiving themselves. Even if you consider yourself an Atheist and claim to have nothing to do with God, the blood is on your hands. Jesus took the wages for your sins also,
If you haven’t excepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you need to get down on your knees right now and repent. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior today, he took the wages of your sins, so that you can have eternal life. Without accepting Christ’s atonement, you are condemned
We are all guilty but by the blood of Jesus Christ we can be made free Amen!
Happy Veterans Day
Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. John 15:13
While the millionaire professional football players are protesting and disrespecting our veterans, we are continually honoring them. Veterans Day is an important day to remember and pay respect to our heroes past and present. Because of the Veterans we are allowed to express our opinions and even openly practice our faith in Jesus Christ
One Veteran I will always remember is my father, who did three tours in Vietnam for our freedom. Because of him and other heroes like him, we are able to grow up and live in the greatest country in the world. Christians should be very grateful for our Veterans, without them we might not even have Churches, like other countries where Christians are being persecuted and even killed.
When I think of the word Veteran, I think of the word “sacrifice”. Because every Veteran was willing to lay down there lives for the freedom of our country. As American citizens we should not forget the sacrifice they paid to allow us to have a better life. Freedom is never free, it comes with a price of sacrifice.
The greatest sacrifice is what our Lord Jesus Christ has done for us on the cross. Even though we were sinners and didn’t deserve it, he laid down his life for us, so that we can be redeemed. Remember what our Lord Jesus did for us, and remember our Veterans in Jesus Name Amen
Not Ashamed
However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name. 1 Peter 4:16
Are you ashamed to be a Christian? In todays world Christians are continually being mocked and persecuted by society and the media. Just as we saw in Texas, where a self proclaimed “Atheist” took the innocent lives of 26 fellow Christians. They were murdered for only one reason, because they are Christians.
Around the world we see Christians being killed and persecuted on a daily basis. Radical Islam are beheading Christians who refuse to deny there Lord and Savior. But as God says, don’t be ashamed to be a Christian, even when we suffer for the name of Jesus Christ
Jesus taught us “The world will hate you because of him” (Matthew 10:22) Why is that? Because the world is run by Satan, and he knows he was defeated at the cross. Satan and death were crushed at the cross. Everything was put under the feet of Christ, he reigns as King of Kings!
So rejoice and be glad to be called a disciple of Christ, the world might hate or persecute you, but the final victory is ours. By the blood of The Lamb, we have overcome the world. Its important to encourage and pray for your fellow Christians as we press on to the prize in Jesus Name Amen!
God In Disguise
The man answered, “Now that is remarkable! You don’t know where he comes from, yet he opened my eyes. John 9:30
Many people claim to be “Christians” but do they even know Christ? The religious leaders claimed to be experts of God, they memorize the scriptures and knew all the religious traditions. However when God was performing miracles right before their eyes, they couldn’t even identify him.
As the scripture says “He (Jesus) was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world knew him not (John 1:10) Jesus walked among the most holiest and religious people in the world, yet they didn’t recognize him at all. Even when he performed miracles, such as resurrecting the dead, that only God could perform, they still rejected him
Even though the entire Old Testament or Tanakh, fortold about the coming of Jesus. And Jesus fulfilled all the prophecies , around 300 of them. They still didn’t know him. Is God working in your life right now and you don’t recognize him?
We can have all the religious knowledge we want, but if we don’t have faith, we may miss God in disguise also. Don’t be spiritually blind like the religious leaders, keep your hearts and minds open to the Holy Spirit to flood you in Jesus Name Amen!
Fear of God
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28
With the recent attack on the church in Texas, we mourn for our fellow Christians who lost there lives to the senseless evil of this world. Often when events like this happen, many questions about our faith begin. Where was God during this? Was this really Gods plan for their lives?
Many people like to blame God during these events, but the truth is we have “free will” and evil that happens in this world is a result of people doing evil. If God intervened and controlled every situation on Earth, then we wouldn’t really be free. We would be robots or God would be a dictator. But God loves us enough to allow us to make free decisions, but all choices have consequences.
The answer is simple, if we want evil to stop happening in the world, then people need to stop doing evil. The fact is people have lost the “Fear of God” and have no accountability or respect anymore. This is what happens when you want to make an “Atheist” or “Godless” nation. If there is no God anymore, there is no morals or accountability anymore, and you’ll most likely see more of these evil acts continue.
As for my fellow Christians, we can take comfort in the words of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He told us they may be able to kill our bodies but they can’t take our soul. Our souls belong to God, and as the Body of Christ, we can live in peace and hope knowing nobody can take our soul in Jesus Name Amen
Last Days

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.
2 Timothy 3:1-5 NIV
Always Be Prepared
But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, 1 Peter 3:15
Always be prepared is a motto we mostly associate with the Boy Scouts of America, however this is actually a Biblical principle.. So what does it mean to always be prepared to give someone an answer?
As you mature and walk through your Christian faith, you’re going to be confronted with many questions. These questions may come from non believers or maybe even fellow Christians. So how can you be prepared to answer the hard questions of The Bible? The obvious answer is to continually study the Bible, and also asking God for the Holy Spirits wisdom and guidance.
Anyone who ever studied the Bible knows that it never gets old, there are so many prophecies and mysteries revealed in The Bible, no matter how long you’ve been studying, you’re always learning something new. You may read a scripture , and then reread it a month later and see it in a new light. Because the more you seek for Gods answers, he reveals it to you
Does this mean we will always have the answer for everything? Of course not, however when confronted with difficult questions of the faith, we should be able to give a reasonable and insightful answer that is Biblical. And as the scripture says , always try to do this in gentleness and respect. We have a tendacy as humans, to get defensive or confrontational when someone doesn’t agree with our views.
By being defensive you often turn people away who are searching for the truth, its not always easy but we should be patient and firm when dealing with others who don’t understand a doctrine or truth of The Bible. Remember when you have spoken the truth and others still want to reject it, to “shake the dust” off your feet and move on. Just plant the seed of truth of God in Jesus Name Amen
