Satisfied

“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. Matthew 5:6

Do you hunger for righteousness? When we looked around the world today, sometimes it’s hard to even get out of bed. We live in a generation where lawlessness and disobedience has become a way of life. Daily cops are being targeted with violence, our president, whether you like him or not, is daily being threatened with violence or verbally assaulted by the general population, Hollywood has shoved immorality down our throats as an influence with violence and sexual perversion.

Paul talked about this generation:

But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these. 2 Timothy 3:1-5

But God is Just (2 Thessalonians 1:6) and one day righteousness will reign again. One day everyone one of us, whether you’re an Atheist or a Christian, will give an account of yourself to God (Romans 14:12) Every word that you speak or action that you take, will be brought before God. Its only by the blood of Jesus Christ that you can be redeemed for your sins.

“He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. “But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Revelation 21:7-8

Through Jesus Christ will can overcome this world and inherit eternal life, but all those who continue to live in lawlessness and immorality will inherit the “Second Death” which is eternal annihilation and separation from God. The righteous will be satisfied with Peace and Justice in Jesus Name Amen
