Sin and Death

But from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die.” Genesis 2:17

Everyone needs to acknowledge and recognize  that we have a sin problem. Because of the curse of Adam, we are all born into sin, and our bodies are suffering from our disobedience. We live in a fallen world, however God has sent us a cure in Jesus Christ.

The first step is for people to acknowledge that we are sinners and alone we are powerless against the strongholds of the flesh. Once you come to this revelation, then its time to come to Jesus Christ, the one who has forgiven us of our sins and has defeated sin and death at the cross!

The one who has risen from the grave, after 3 days, and lives and reigns forevermore. This is your redemption plan, question is have you repented and made him your Lord and Savior? To deny Christ and deny you are a sinner is guaranteed condemnation.

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Romans 3:23

Everyone is a sinner, everyone needs Jesus Christ. To deny this is not only foolish, but will lead to your death. Jesus paid the ransom for your sins, put your trust in the only one who can save your soul.  Don’t listen to Satan, who said to Adam and Eve “You will not die”because of their disobedience sin and death has been handed down to generations.

But on that one Sunday morning, the curse has been broken, in Jesus Name Amen!

We discussed this a bit in detail in my Bible study group last night. We talked a lot about spiritual mourning and its importance as you give your sins over to God! Very interesting and powerful. Thanks for sharing!

The bible makes it very clear that the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Upon the wicked God will rain snares of fire and brimstone and an horrible tempest this shall be the portion of their cup. Psalms 7:11. Be blessed in Jesus name.
