For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. Romans 1: 26-27
Is Homosexuality natural? Homosexuality has become a hot topic in the Christian church. Pauls teaching in Romans is pretty clear that it is unnatural, however there is a movement trying to change this doctrine as saying “Homosexuality is natural, therefor the above scriptures don’t apply to them. My question would be if Homosexuality was natural, why can’t they reproduce naturally?
So what does God think?
‘You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination. Leviticus 18:22
God called Homosexuality an abomination. The original Hebrew word for “Abomination” is “toe-bah” meaning “detestable” , “morally disgusting” “loathsome” The abomination that God feels towards “Homosexuality” is the same he feels towards “Idolatry” , it’s the highest
So what does Jesus think?
“If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. John 15:10
Jesus kept all of Gods commandments, as we know he was sinless and the pure “Lamb of God” . Remember any sex outside of the covenant of marriage is adultery (Matthew 5). Jesus taught on the covenant of marriage between a man and woman (Mark 10)
Is there still hope for Homosexuals? Yes , we are all sinners and falling short of the glory of God, however we need to repent. The word Repent means to “changes ones mind” “become transformed”
From that time Jesus began to preach and say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 4:17
If you deliberately continue to sin, without remorse or change, then you haven’t truly repented. Remember with God all things are possible, call upon Jesus and you can become transformed Amen
Reblogged this on Ozzie's Christian Ministry and commented:
Yes, it shows Satan’s influence in the world today when many so called Christians as well as whole denominations of them condone sins that are clearly against God’s explicit commands given in His Word, just to be PC and not to offend anyone. 😦

Yes! Many preachers dance around this topic. Sadly there are not enough straightforward and sound doctrine being taught in churches, around the community, and throughout this nation.

The #King James Bible uses “….vile affections:…” and “…burned in their LUST…” Vile (say it with a voice of disgust and a sneer) is a more descriptive word showing the SICKNESS of homosexuality than the word “degrading” – degrading speaks more of humiliating than vile which speaks of disgust – and the word desire sounds almost clean, but the word LUST speaks of a dirty, shameful and wrong emotions. RATHER STICK TO THE #KING JAMES BIBLE brother…

Which begs questions also; why multiple translations? Why couldn’t God get Hiys Bible right the first time? That’s what Muslims think. They have ONE Qu’ran. Even their translations are according to the original Arabic. Christians have many “bibles” but not all translations are according to the original; which one is the correct one? Think about it….

It’s pretty simple most Greek and Hebrew words have multiple meanings ..Its not that one translation is superior to the other. It’s reading multiple give you a deeper understanding of the original scripture.

I know that bro but the original translators used the word or words’ closest to the original meaning as they were led by Holy Spirit. Speaking of Him; HE is there to help you get a better understanding not reading “multiple translations”. HE helps ME get a better understanding of Scripture in my KJV; and it’s not just because I use the KJV. You may have to read my blogs. Again?

One more thing to think about bro; two opposite statements cannot both be true. For example, two contradicting Bible versions cannot both be the preserved Word of God. So, if one version is true, the other has to be false. Isn’t it? Shalom!

What contradicting statements are you referring to? If you want to be honest KJV contradicts the original manuscripts with the addition of 1 John 5:7

Just any contradictory statement….
As to the last part of your answer: and so say ALL other critics of the KJV bro. Where are the “original” manuscripts? Do you mean Vaticanus? Sinaiticus? Other MSS from Alexandria? Which ones? I say again; READ MY BLOGS 😊…..

Riddle me this: The sun dial of Ahaz; what did the Lord actually do? Did 1 the sun or 2 sunlight or 3 Sun’s shadow turn back on…
1 the sun dial or 2 the dial or 3 the Stairway of Ahaz in Isaiah 38:8? “Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which is gone down in the SUN DIAL of Ahaz, ten degrees backward. So the SUN returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was gone down.” KJV
“I will make the shadow cast by the sun go back the ten steps it has gone down on the STAIRWAY of Ahaz.’ ” So the SUNLIGHT went back the ten steps it had gone down.” NIV
“Behold, I will cause the shadow on the STAIRWAY, which has gone down with the sun on the stairway of Ahaz, to go back ten steps.” So the SUN’S SHADOW went back ten steps on the stairway on which it had gone down.” Isaiah 38:8 NASB

Ok, the KJV says “the sun” returned 10° by which it went down. Clearly the sun REVERSED its course. It looks to me that the NASB “translators” believed the big bang and didn’t believe the SUN retraced its steps so they changed the words to THEIR BELIEF that only the “sun’s shadow” went back.

Ok not sure where you are getting big bang out of that but it’s your opinion

Big bang; they don’t believe in a Creator.
Anyway….
It’s not just my opinion bro, it’s what the WORD OF GOD says. Either the sun moved 10° back or the shadow did. For over 400 years it was believed that the SUN moved back because people back then believed in a God that CAN make HIS sun move backwards.
“Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which is gone down in the SUN DIAL OF AHAZ, ten degrees BACKWARD. So the SUN returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was gone down.”
Isaiah 38:8 KJV
“Behold, I will cause the shadow on the STAIRWAY, which has gone down with the SUN on the STAIRWAY OF AHAZ, to go back ten steps.” So the sun’s SHADOW went BACK ten steps on the stairway on which it had gone down.
Isaiah 38:8 NASB
Either the SUN went backwards as in the KJV or the suns SHADOW went backwards as in the NASB. Which is it? Is it Ahaz’ sun dial or stairway? Which?
CLEARLY words have been added to and removed in the NASB. Logically and scientifically speaking, if the sun moves backwards, unnaturally (in this case caused by the Lord), a shadow will move forwards and if the sun carries on its natural course forwards a shadow will move backwards, so; the TRANSLATORS did not believe that God can make the sun go backwards. AND, to top it all they added and removed words from God’s Word making them guilty of not heeding the warning in Rev 22:18-19. Lord have mercy…..
Shalom!

So let me get this straight…your saying if anyone accepts a different translation other than KJV that means they support Big Bang Theory? This is completely ridiculous. I believe in Creation and support multiple translations

No. I’m saying that your “bible” and other translations are skewed, corrupted, changed, have words added to and removed from. And you still haven’t given me a straight answer as to why your “bible” is different to a Bible that has been used and trusted for over 400 years? I mean NASBs Isaiah 38:8 is OBVIOUSLY different to KJV’s, so which

Ask yourself this: why does the SUN move? Is the earth a sphere (globe) or is it flat? If it’s a sphere can a sphere have pillars? If it’s flat why don’t people “fall off” the edges? If its a spinning sphere how do planes ALWAYS land exactly at their specific airport destination, AND usually on time? Think about it…..
